Within this home design, warm and earthy tones were used to create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining a modern feel. The use of natural stone, warm woods and ambient lighting lead to a feeling of coziness, perfect for a modern home that welcomes family and friends. Designed in collaboration with Emitini Design. Layout and finishes were intentionally selected to create a low maintenance space and to maximize the owners time and lifestyle.
